Warranty Policy

HFI warrants products for 90 days against defects in materials and/or workmanship limited to cost of replacement part(s) only, offering no warranty on any delivered item processed in any way beyond its original as shipped condition, except as noted above.

Any Third-Party Company products, materials or services or other commercial off-the shelf products and materials provided by Howler Fabrication, Inc. are exclusively on the license and warranty terms offered by Third-Party Company and the COTS sellers. The customer’s rights against HFI are limited to HFI’s rights against the supplier. No additional terms or warranties are offered.

Failure to formally notify HFI of any as received suspect condition or claim within 30 days of receipt of repeat/contract product will constitute a waiver of any warranty on behalf of HFI or its suppliers.
